Change and communication are usually the cost factors that are most likely to be cut in projects. But remember: very few of the challenges that exist in an organization are technical and can be solved by using technology. It is the interpersonal challenges that make solutions complex and make trial and error seem sensible. Mistakes are allowed in the change process because that is how we learn best.

Communication is therefore the key approach to anchoring changes sustainably. The involvement of stakeholders does not mean that all wishes are fulfilled. But it does mean that

>> concerns and suggestions are taken seriously, discussed and rejected with good reason,

>> reasons for a decision are transparent.

We work with you to define the goals and parameters in the change process. We plan change management measures together with the team, evaluate them and measure their success – and also reject them if they are not accepted.

What do we achieve with this? Sustainable change and the assumption of responsibility by the organization and the people in it. And: to make us redundant, because the organization, as a learning organization, is able to master changes itself.
